Any games released on the PlayStation, a console created by Sony and released in 1995, are listed here. PlayStation is abbreviated to "PS1."

Almost every game released on the PlayStation is also playable on any model of PlayStation 2 console; HOWEVER, a very small number of games may have compatibility issues when they are played on a PlayStation 2 console. Monster Rancher, Harvest Moon: Back to Nature, and Mortal Kombat Trilogy are a few PS1 titles known to have major issues when they are played on a PlayStation 2 console.
